Congregational Care

Providing guidance and support during significant life events

We Care About You

Our Congregational Care team is dedicated to supporting you through every season of life. Whether you are celebrating a baptism or child dedication, seeking prayer, needing support during a hospital stay, or planning a wedding or funeral, we are here to walk alongside you with compassion and faith.

Baptism

Baptism is the act through which a believer publicly identifies with Jesus Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. It is an outward, public act that portrays an inward, personal reality that you are a new life in Christ.

Child Dedication

We consider it a privilege to partner with parents as they raise and nurture their children. Scripture teaches that parents have the awesome responsibility to see that their children grow up in a home where God’s love is both taught and demonstrated.

Weddings

Let Oak Pointe Church support you on this special day in a God-honoring way. Our team is committed to ensuring your celebration is filled with love, joy, and the presence of God’s grace. We are here to make your wedding ceremony truly memorable.

Funerals

Oak Pointe holds many funerals and memorial services, and we desire to care for and serve these families in their grief. You can request a service below, or you can help by working with a pastor or other staff member to arrange details for a service

Visitations

Hospital patients and their families often experience shock, fear, and uncertainty about the future. Similarly, those in long-term care situations require regular companionship and encouragement to help them through their challenges. Our team offers compassionate support, a comforting presence, prayer, and a listening ear to uplift and encourage patients and their loved ones.

Care & Support

Many people who are isolated or in need require companionship and community. Needs may include meals, transportation to appointments, calls, cards, or visits.
