West Bloomfield

The mission of Oak Pointe Church is to ‘Know God and make Him known’, grounded in the great commission to, “…Go and make disciples.” (Matthew 28:19) Life Groups at Oak Pointe West Bloomfield exist to make disciples who make disciples–we make disciple makers! We gather in a smaller setting to foster caring relationships grounded in His truth. We want people to feel welcomed, known, loved, and empowered to live their lives for Christ Jesus! This is where lives come together. To put it simply, Life Groups are where we connect with each other for the purpose of connecting with Christ.
