Handyman Part-Time (5-10 Hours per Week)
Seeking a reliable, experienced handyman to perform minor plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs as needed. This is a contract position with hours varying by project, averaging 5–10 hours per week. Candidates must work independently, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and perform work safely and efficiently.

Facilities Staff – Part-Time (20–30 Hours per Week)
Seeking dependable facilities staff to assist with cleaning, building maintenance, and seasonal landscaping. Hours average 20–30 per week. Candidates must be able to work independently, maintain a clean and safe environment, and perform a variety of facility-related tasks.
