Prayer

Prayer is vital at Oak Pointe – for the church as a whole and for each member of our family. If you have a special need that we can pray for, please let us know by filling out the form. We would like to have as many people at Oak Pointe pray for you as possible. At the same time, we realize you may need your information to be kept confidential. Hospital & Hospice Visits

Patients and their families often experience shock, fear, and uncertainty. Our team offers compassionate support, a comforting presence, and prayer, to serve and encourage patients and their loved ones. You can request a visit below.

Long Term Care & Home-Bound Visits

People receiving long-term care or who are homebound may face isolation and other emotional, social, and spiritual challenges. Our team offers compassionate companionship, prayer, and encouragement to help residents and their loved ones feel cared for and connected.

Oak Pointe Church is committed to caring for and serving families during times of grief. Our team provides compassionate support, a comforting presence, prayer, and a listening ear both for the funeral and in the days that follow. If you would like support from our team, please let us know below.

Ongoing Care & Support

Many people who are isolated or in need require companionship and community. Needs may include a meal train, calls, cards, or visits.
