Worldviews: Apologetics Workshop
August 12, 10:30 am – 4:00 pm
On Saturday, August 12, join speaker Krish Dhanam for a unique and comprehensive workshop on apologetics. During this interactive training, you will gain a deeper understanding of different worldviews and become a more effective witness for Christ. Registration closes August 6.
Rock Summer Camp

The best week of the summer is happening with the ROCK at Lake Ann Camp August 18-22. This week full of fun, friends, worship, crazy games, and awesome teaching is for all students going into grades 6, 7, and 8!
Life Group Leaders
Adult leaders needed for students.
Oak Pointe Students are in need of adults who love Jesus, and like teenagers! We are looking for committed adult leaders for both the Rock and 707 to lead life groups for our midweek programs (Wednesday-707; Thursday-Rock).
Cody Cleanups
August 19, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Make a difference by helping clean and beautify three schools in the Cody Rouge community during our back-to-school clean-up. It’s open house style so come when you can. We’ll provide all the materials, supplies, and lunch.
Discover Oak Pointe

If you’re new to our church, it’s not too soon to register for Discover Oak Pointe at the end of August. Discover is where you meet some of our pastors and staff while also learning how to make connections and service opportunities that match your gifts and passions. It’s a great first step to get involved in the life of our church!

Before we begin each ministry year, we pause to talk to God about what lies ahead and commit the year to Him in prayer. Just like our Ezra 8 event, we’ll mix segments of prayer and worship throughout the evening.
